At Chennai Bus Rental, we strive to offer a seamless booking experience. However, we understand that plans can change. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness to all parties.

   Cancellation Policy

• Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled trip are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made 48-72 hours before the trip will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the trip will not be eligible for a refund.

• Chennai Bus Rental-Initiated Cancellations:

  • In case of unavoidable circumstances leading to cancellation from our side, a full refund will be provided.

   Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

• Payments made via credit/debit cards or online wallets will be refunded using the same payment method.
